Return Policy

the merchandise is defective or incorrect due to an error by
VSComputer Glasses. Defective products can be returned and will be
replaced without a restocking fee. The replacement product will be
shipped when the returned product is received without additional
shipping charges. Call or contact us for return authorization
information. The return shipping charge and replacement shipping
charge will be paid by VSComputer Glasses.

All returns are
required to be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number, which needs to be obtained from our returns
department prior to the product’s return. Products sent back without
a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Return of non-defective products will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee and special-made merchandise cannot
be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where appropriate,
credit will be given within two weeks of the product’s return.
VSComputer Glasses
is not liable for damage
or loss of merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. If the
shipment shows evidence of damage, the package must be opened before
signing the receipt at delivery. If damage or loss is evident, it
must be noted on the carrier’s delivery sheet, then a claim should
be filed immediately with the carrier and we need to be notified.

Replacement Policy
Step 1:
Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form below. After
completing the form,
send to

Step 2:
Following the receipt of your authorization form, you will receive a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail from us.
You will also receive approval to return the merchandise. Upon
receipt of the Return Merchandise Authorization number, please
package the item with packaging material and a copy of the packing
slip or order confirmation. Provide a telephone number where you
can be reached during the day. Please write the Return Merchandise
Authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 3:
Ship package through carrier of your choice (we recommend you obtain
a tracking number) to:

The steps listed
above must be followed in order to ensure credit is applied to the
appropriate customer account. Any returns received without prior
approval or a Return Authorization Number will not be processed.
VSComputer Glasses
is not responsible for returns not received or returns damaged
during shipping.

1. WARRANTY
All our
frames are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects (material
and workmanship) for one year from the date of purchase. This does
not cover negligent use of the product (including scratched lenses).
We will repair or replace any defective merchandise at no charge.

2. PRESCRIPTION GUARANTEE
We
guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will be remade
at no charge. Prior to shipment, all prescription eyeglasses undergo
a stringent quality control hand inspection. The lenses are checked
at four different stations for accuracy and precision. We pride
ourselves in our workmanship. Accurately filling your prescription
is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that our quality
control measures fail, we will promptly and courteously remake the
lenses. Please follow the steps above for replacement of your
product.
